1. Booking & Payments
- Deposit: A deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the tour start date. If full payment is not received by this deadline, your booking may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour start date will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.
- Tour Operator Cancellations: If Tribal Footprint cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, low tour enrollment), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
3. Changes to Your Booking
- Changes by You: If you wish to change your tour dates or other details after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will accommodate changes if possible but cannot guarantee availability.
- Changes by Us: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, road closures). Any changes will be communicated promptly, and we will ensure alternative arrangements of equal or greater value.
4. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is not included in the tour price but is highly recommended. We strongly advise you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
5. Health & Safety
- You are responsible for assessing your physical fitness and health before booking a tour. Many of our tours involve moderate physical activity, including hiking and walking on uneven terrain.
- Our guides are trained in first aid and safety procedures. However, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided by your guide and act responsibly during the tour.
6. Liability
- US History Tours and its representatives will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, damage, or expenses incurred during your tour, except where directly caused by our negligence.
