Travel Insurance Requirement and Disclaimer

For the safety and security of all participants, proof of comprehensive travel insurance is a mandatory requirement for confirming your trip. This insurance must cover, at a minimum, trip cancellations, medical expenses, emergency evacuations (including high-altitude scenarios), and any other personal needs or potential risks associated with the activities included in your itinerary.

While we may provide a list of travel insurance providers for your reference, this is offered solely as a convenience. We do not endorse, recommend, or have any involvement in the purchase or management of your travel insurance. The selection, acquisition, and suitability of the insurance policy are entirely your responsibility.

By confirming your trip, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have secured appropriate travel insurance that meets your specific requirements.
  • The company is not liable for any expenses, losses, or claims arising from inadequate or insufficient insurance coverage, regardless of the circumstances.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the policy includes coverage for activities conducted at high altitudes, as many of our tours take place in such environments.

Failure to provide proof of valid travel insurance may result in the cancellation of your booking, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
